Business Philosophy

From day one Theresa's early childhood interest in real estate was evident. She fondly remembers visits to her father's construction sites dotted throughout the peninsula and being interested in the process of watching stacks of lumber evolve into residential homes and apartments. Theresa pursued her early passion for real estate by earning her real estate broker's license in 1979. Her first solo endeavor was opening her own boutique real estate company. Since the beginning Theresa's clients have appreciated her experienced and energetic approach in the way she conducts a real estate transaction. She will not rest until the "job is done". Theresa is experienced in single family, condo/townhouse and multi unit residential listings and sales as well as land acquisitions.

Throughout her sons' school years, her dedication to PTA, involvement in various real estate committees, and even during time off for vacation, she never lost her enthusiastic willingness to "talk over the old real estate trade" with old friends and new.

Today, Theresa is a Broker Associate in the Coldwell Banker San Mateo office. Theresa's husband, Peter Aiello, is a Vice President at Cashin Company and the Manager of their San Mateo office. Their combined interest in real estate brings a dynamic and successful experience to every real estate transaction. Theresa always appreciates each and every opportunity to assist her clients in purchasing and selling their properties.
