  A professional Realtor since 1984, Evelyn became the non-competing managing broker for Coldwell Banker Danville in 2003.  A certified Brian Buffini mentor, Evelyn is actively involved in the professional development of each sales associate in the Danville Office. Education

Evelyn earned her bachelor’s degree in literature from the University of California, Berkeley.  

Professional Affiliations

Evelyn is a past President of the Oakland Association of Realtors, leaving a legacy of community service excellence unsurpassed in the association’s nearly 100-year old history.   Under Evelyn’s leadership, the association and its 900 registered members raised $53,000 for the Oral Lee Brown Foundation (a local nonprofit organization dedicated toward continuing education for inner-city youth) by donating a portion of each commission to the nonprofit organization.  This fundraising campaign continues to this day, raising thousands of dollars for Oakland school children each year.

Currently, Evelyn serves as 2012 President for the Womens Council of Realtors Contra Costa County Chapter, after having served as 2011 President-Elect and 2010 Vice President of Membership.

Evelyn is a proud member and active supporter of the CCAR Real Estate Marketing Association.

In 2011 Evelyn was honored as Realtor of the Year by the Real Estate Marketing Association.

Personal Background

Evelyn and her husband, Oakland Attorney Gregory Walker, have two adult sons, Ryan and Michael.   The Walkers are Lifetime Cal Alumni.  Evelyn enjoys reading and is a founding member of her neighborhood book group.   Evelyn is a proud member of Danville Rotary.
