Frank Claiborne has been a successful Realtor for over 20 years earning recognition as repeatedly being one of the top agents in Santa Cruz County during that time. As a native of Santa Cruz County growing up in the mountain community of Boulder Creek, he has intimate knowledge of the intricacies of this county and the nuances of the different markets that exist here. Frank has been involved with all phases of real estate from lot development, new construction, new homes sales to resale.

Community Involvement

Frank is a supporter of Save our Shores, a non-profit organization with a mission to preserve the world’s oceans and water ways. As well, he is an avid fan of outdoors sports, including beach volleyball & mountain biking. Frank is committed to preserving the beautiful natural resources that make the heart of our community.

Personal Background

Frank graduated from San Lorenzo Valley High School in 1977. He subsequently attended West Valley College in Saratoga, stayed there and obtained his Real Estate license in 1984, and his Broker’s license in 1991. He started his real estate career in Saratoga, but was drawn back home to the ocean, beauty, & climate to work and raise his family.

He first joined forces with Keith Jackson & Associates in Capitola (which later became Coldwell Banker), moved to David Lyng Realtors where he practiced for over 20 years. He is happy to return to Coldwell Banker adding his experience and expertise to the staff of premier real estate agents already at Coldwell Banker.
