My belief: Real estate is a tale of two stories… When the buyer’s description of their perfect property matches the narrative about a property for sale, then a transaction occurs. When the stories match, a house becomes a home.   

 My in-depth knowledge of corporate marketing, branding and advertising gives me an invaluable advantage when building the narrative for strategy and promotion of my listings. This comprehension of the importance of the “story” triggers highest and best price. My proficiency at listening attentively to every detail also contributes to my buyer’s success because I pay attention to every detail (and I notice all of them), to understand what matters most, and help design a plan to find that home.    

 As a bay area native, I possess an in-depth knowledge of many communities along the 680 corridor which is unique to me and beneficial for my clients. I have represented clients in Silicon Valley and the Tri-Valley over the past 20 years.  Clients have pointed out my broad community knowledge creates a competitive advantage. I can speak to the quaint neighborhoods in Willow Glen to the excellent schools in Los Gatos to the view homes in Danville to the luxury downtown shopping area in Walnut Creek. And I have developed relationships with agents in all those cities which produces seamless transactions.          

High level negotiation at the corporate level sharpened my skills ensuring that when purchasing or selling their homes, my clients always garner the "best possible price" given any market condition.  

 I love the Bay Area and all it has to offer – the lifestyle if affords, the parks, the arts, the mountains, the food scene, the architecture, the diversity and everything else. I feel very fortunate to have grown up in the Bay Area, which is a special place to call home. In 2009, my husband and I moved to Danville from Willow Glen (San Jose) with our children. We are delighted to have had this opportunity.
