As a Coldwell Banker Sales Associate, Debbie is dedicated to providing each client with excellence, service, and knowledge of their own particular individual needs. A real estate transaction can be one of the biggest decisions a person will make in their entire lifetime...Therefore, Debbie feels one of the most important things she can do for her clients, is being available at all times in every way possible. The "COMPLETE" real estate experience that she has with each one of her clients doesn't end when the escrow has closed, rather a lifelong relationship has been formed to grow along the way!

Bio

Debbie is a California native, living in Silicon Valley over 50 years.  She has raised her children and has always been an active member in the community.  Participating in the many activities, committees, and boards--Debbie has built many strong relationships.  These translate into resources in her Real Estate Practice...allowing it to flourish over the years, earning Coldwell Banker Top 10% honors beginning in 2007.  Her extensive knowledge of the community and maintaining the quality of life make her unique and a valuable asset.  Debbie's ability to communicate, negotiate and represent her clients has been proven with her high referral basis.  Her commitment and follow-through set her apart from others.  Attention to detail is evident in her ability to provide quality service for her clients.  This outstanding service includes proper facilitation to Stage & Market listings, Navigate the Buyer and Seller through the Real Estate process, and MOST importantly-PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE whatever the situation may be.

Community Involvement

Since 1990, Debbie has been involved at in numerous boards and committees in Cambrian and Morgan Hill Schools. She has served for MANY years as Chairperson for Several Organizations.  Being a member of the South County Realtors Association since 2005, she was the Chairperson who head up the "Golf for Graduates", helping to raise Thousands of Dollars for Scholarships towards Local Graduating Seniors. Debbie has served as  the Tour Director for the South County by her colleagues and has been voted Morgan Hill Realtor of the Year!  Giving back to the Community has always been near and dear to her heart.

Debbie always takes interest and leads on office involvement and committees.  She is the "spark plug" to always keeping the moral high in company events.  She also takes pride in being a benefactor for those that are less fortunate in the community.
