I would like to introduce myself, my name is Tisha Quadros. I started my real estate internship in 1999. I worked as an assistant to a top producing team and mentor, transacting approximately 40 sales a year. Once I received my license in 2000, I continued to work with the same team as a buyer's agent. This allowed me the exposure to multiple transactions while still being relatively new to the industry.
In 2004 I changed offices to work as a buyer/listing specialist for a top producing agent. Our team secured hundreds of listings; properties from San Ysidro to La Jolla.

I was required to know each market, the competition, and the area trends. Our team developed ad campaigns, marketing strategies, custom branding for the communities, model staging, contracts, and a data base for prospecting, objection handling, script practice, role play sessions, listing presentations, lender pre qualification, and much more. The experience was invaluable. As a team we successfully closed 1100-1700 transactions per year!
