I worked in a private sector service industry for 15 years and I understand that it is imperative that integrity, customer service and customer satisfaction are the essential values in any business.

Personal Background
Chip was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He majored in Music History & Literature at Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio. His primary instrument was piano which he continues to play daily. Chip worked in the telecommunications industry for 15 years designing business telephone/voicemail systems. He relocated to Sacramento from Ohio in 1995. His favorite hobbies are piano and collecting art. Chip lives in the South Land Park community.  Chip is very involved in the Realtor community.  He is a Director for both the Sacramento Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors and a member of the MetroList Committee.
