My name is Jennifer Kleinert and I am a Beverly Hills native. For thirty years, I have been getting to know every neighborhood on the Westside. As the youngest child of real estate broker parents, I am no stranger to the business of buying and selling houses. I have been a broker with Coldwell Banker and a member of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors since I began in this business. My background as a real estate attorney, combined with my love of the family business, gives me both experience and knowledge that has proven to be invaluable to my clients. I bring a well-rounded combination of both the business and personal aspects of real estate to each transaction, from contracts and negotiations to personalized websites and vendor recommendations. As a decades-long member of the West Los Angeles community, I have an intimate familiarity of these neighborhoods that allows me to help people find the perfect home in the ideal location. I specialize in representing buyers and sellers in the Westside of Los Angeles, specifically Beverly Hills, Westwood, Century City, Cheviot Hills, Mar Vista and Santa Monica (although I have worked extensively in the surrounding areas, including Venice, Playa Del Rey, Hancock Park, Studio City and Hollywood Hills).
Jennifer received her BA from UC Berkeley and her JD from Loyola Law School. In addition, Jennifer is a licensed real estate Broker.
Jennifer focused her legal career in real estate and was a practicing real estate attorney for four years.
Jennifer is, and has always been, an active member of the community. Currently, she is involved with Bet Tzedek Legal Services, and the Real Estate Division of the Jewish Federation.
