• Dawn Aaris, team founder,has been changing lives one family at a time. She was awarded Rookie of the Year within her first 90 days as a realtor. Dawn served as Director of Training and Education at Coldwell Banker Vista and twice earned Five Star Real Estate Agent status, representing less than 3% of licensed agents in the San Diego area. She has also achieved top 2% out of 43,000 agents Nationwide resulting in Chairman's Circle Platinum.
