Negotiation itself is a careful exploration of your position and the other person’s position, with the goal of finding a mutually acceptable compromise. The ability to work a solution of balance takes thought and patience. Words must be chosen carefully with strategic thought and preparation. My ability to communicate with clarity has proven to be extremely effective in representing my clients.
