A native California, I have served the Real Estate needs of my community since 1988. East County has been my home since 1981, and both of my children were raised here. I am well acquainted with the various neighborhoods, amenities and facilities offered. East County is a 'hidden treasure' - only minutes from downtown San Diego, Lindberg International Airport, Balboa Park, beaches, golf, shopping, and world renowned medical centers. A variety of homes are available from entry level to luxury estates to state of the art retirement communities. Among the communities I specialize in are Mt. Helix, Horizon Hills, Rancho San Diego, La Mesa and El Cajon.
My goal as a Real Estate Broker is to offer value added service. To that end I make every effort to attend the latest continuing education classes offered. As a listing agent my extensive marketing plan gives a homeowner the opportunity to receive maximum value for his/her property. While as a buyer's agent, I search until I find the perfect property and help negotiate the best possible terms. My personal goal is making sure that your best interests are served. Much of my business comes from referrals and past clients who appreciate my detail oriented, problem solving, and 'hands on' approach to the complexities of today's Real Estate market. In 2003 I earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and this year I completed the e-PRO designation.
I am active in professional organizations and have volunteered extensively over the years in groups such as PTA, American Youth Soccer Organization, both Boy & Girl Scouts of America, American Little League and SANDICOR. Currently I serve as the East San Diego County Association of Realtor (ESDCAR) Chair for the Housing Opportunity Committee. I am a member of the California Association of Realtors (CAR) Professional Standards, Housing Opportunity and Manufactured Housing Committees. Locally I serve as a Director, member of the Housing Committee and Real Estate Development Team with the El Cajon Community Development Corporation and as a Director of the Mountain View Village Homeowner Association. In 2003 I was honored with the ESDCAR Realtor of the Year award.
