Karen is the marketing specialist for condominium & residential properties averaging 50 sales per year since 1994. A native of Santa Barbara, Karen has been a real estate professional since 1976. She has extensive market knowledge and exceptional expertise of the real estate market. She serves her clients with knowledge, commitment, and experience, delivering impressive results year after year.

Karen has earned a place in the International President’s Premier Society as well as a Top 100 spot among Southern California agents and top 1% worldwide. These honors are exclusively for top producers and are the highest recognition offered to agents. She continues to be the leader among local agents in closed escrows since 1994.  



Karen has extensive knowledge of the market, an important tool for the buyer and seller. She is quick to respond to clients and other agents and in this hot market.
