I moved to Los Angeles in 1996 after attending college on the east coast. It didn’t take me long to realize that real estate was a perfect career for me. It gives me the opportunity to help people fulfill their goals and dreams while utilizing my love of architecture and history. With a creative background in writing, I’m better able to assist clients with their real estate needs, whether it’s getting a house ready for sale or finding the perfect home for a buyer.

When representing a buyer, I love the challenge of matching a client’s personality and style to a house. It’s so satisfying when I’m able to “figure out” a person’s sensibility and know that they are going to fall in love with a house before they do.

 

 

When I represent a seller, I take a certain sense of pride in each house that I list, knowing that I have the responsibility of making sure that the sale goes as smoothly as possible. I work hard to insure that the seller receives the most amount of money possible, through my efforts of marketing and representing the property with diligence.

I list and sell property throughout the Los Angeles, specializing in the communities of Silver Lake, Mount Washington, and Highland Park. I represent a wide range of clients from first time buyers to million dollar properties with experience in transactions for single family houses, income property, lofts, and condos.
