Christi began her real estate career in Arizona as a residential and commercial property manager. As one of the most knowledgeable professionals in her field, she advanced to the position of property management instructor.

In 1999, Christi came to California to work as an associate of Chris Brigandi at a prominent boutique real estate firm in Newport Beach. Shortly thereafter, Chris Brigandi, along with other partners, launched Strada Properties. Christi Parry was an important player in the development of what would become the most innovative and successful real estate firm in Orange County. Her talent for client relations and meticulous attention to details was a natural fit for the client-oriented culture that defined Strada Properties. Acquired by Coldwell Banker in 2003, the renamed Newport Center office remains the top producing office in the county.

Christi’s wide-ranging skills and experience enable her to guide both buyers and sellers through complex transactions. She is particularly talented in the negotiation process and is recognized for her integrity and work ethic. She independently represents numerous repeat clients and referrals while still maintaining her association with Chris Brigandi. Together, Chris and Christi are continually involved with multi-million dollar residential development projects. Christi handles the “back office” details like scheduling and materials and prepares for the eventual marketing and sale of many of the finished properties. The team has earned a sterling reputation for their representation of these important projects.
