Originally from San Diego, Wendy moved to Sacramento in 1997. She began her real estate investing in 1999 & decided to join Coldwell Banker in 2001. Coming from "America's Finest City," Wendy almost didn't give our Capitol a fair chance. However, now she can't imagine ever leaving. Sacramento has wonderful communities, great places of interest, and a booming Downtown. Wendy is a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors & the Multiple Listing Service and achieved Coldwell Banker's Sterling Society in 2008 & 2009.  When Wendy is away from the office, she enjoys a good run in the old neighborhoods or along the American River. She also enjoys being a mom and attending mommy groups.
