I have loved living in San Diego county for most of my life.  I moved to San Diego in 1969 and I have either lived, or worked, in most evey area of the county.  I have sold homes as far north as Oceanside and Vista, and as far south as Chula Vista.  Let me put that experience to work for you either to help you find the right home in the best neighborhood for you, or help you get the most for your home when selling.

I take great pride in the fact that I have earned the CRS designation.  Only 4% of agents nationwide are able to carry that title.  To qualify an agent must have accrued enough practical experience (sold homes) and taken several hard hitting courses, and successfully passed many tests along the way.  I worked hard for it and would love to let it work for you.  As they say, "Get Serious, Get a CRS"

Certified Relocation Specialist: I have attained certification to handle all the corporate relocation needs of my clients by virtually any employer sponsored move. Years ago, when I was in the corporate world, I was relocated several times across the country and across the ocean. I know what a strain a transfer and move put on a family and know how to ease that transition.

SRES, e-PRO and CNS

In my desire to continue to improve my real estate skills I have attained the designations recognized by the National Association of Realtors of Senior Real Estate Specialist, e-PRO and Certified Negotiation Specialist.

SRES gave me insight into the unique personal and financial situations for the growing senior market in the country and how to best serve their needs.

e-PRO is dedicated to giving me the tools to best serve my clients with their home sale by maximizing the potential of the internet. The internet is a powerful tool that has surpassed print advertising as the vehicle to mamize exposure for homes for sale.

CNS is very one of my favorites as negotiating takes place throughout the transaction, not just during the discussion of price.

Specializing in "Repeat" and "Referral" Business

Much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals from past  clients.  I will work hard to insure that you get the type of service, before-during-and after the sale, that makes you want to refer me to your friends and family.

Leadership and Achievements

I believe in giving back where possible and stay very active in the industry and the community.  I am on the Board of Directors locally at the San Diego Association of Realtors and at the state level at the California Association of Realtors as well as serving on various other committees at both.  I am past President of the Poway Real Estate Professionals and Past President of the Congregation Council at my church; Finalist for Realtor of the Year for San Diego in 2007 and 2009; Rookie of the Year for San Diego County.  I feel that I receive more personally from these commitments than what I give back so it is a win-win.
