When an agent comes to my office, I have two primary goals. The first is to make an agent’s move to Coldwell Banker as easy as possible! Because of my excellent office staff we are able to seamlessly integrate both experienced agents and new professionals to the business into our Coldwell Banker family and provide a warm and welcoming environment. My second goal is to have the most professional and educated agents in the field. How do I do that?

1. I am a full time, NON-COMPETING manager. I am not selling real estate “on the side”.

2. I am dedicated to supporting the business development of my agents.

3. I am in the office daily with an open door policy to all agents.

 
4. Coaching – I offer group and one on one coaching to all agents.

5. Ongoing, extensive education, training and mentoring programs.

6. An “In house” legal department that is always available for our challenging transactions.

7. State of the art technology on every level.

ABOUT ME:

 

I was born, raised and still live in the Calabasas area. I began my career in Real Estate in the 1980’s working for Fred Sands. I left the business for 10 years to raise my children & returned to Real Estate in 2000. Starting from the ground floor was not easy, but after a few years I became a Top Producer and subsequently earned many awards and accolades for my production in the middle and Luxury Real Estate markets. I was very proud to be recognized among Coldwell Banker’s top 1,000 sales associates worldwide and among the top 1-5% of Realtors nationwide for many years; but in the end I realized that my heart had always been in the management side of the business.
My passion is inspiring and supporting real estate agents to become their best! I truly believe that with the proper tools, structure, attitude and education, that the sky is the limit!

I joined Coldwell Banker in 2003. As my mentor, Leah Sternberg helped me to create a business plan & made sure I stuck to it. She was extremely hands on & with her 1-on-1 personal coaching, exceptional organizational skills, creative marketing ideas, & in-depth knowledge of the business, I was able to achieve the goals I had set out to accomplish. 8 years later, Leah still MOTIVATES me to succeed, although now it is as OUR manager.
