Personal Background
Chip was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He majored in Music History & Literature at Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio. His primary instrument was piano which he continues to play daily. Chip worked in the Telecommunications industry for 15 years designing business telephone/voicemail systems. He relocated to Sacramento from Ohio in 1995. His favorite hobbies are piano, perennial gardening and collecting art. Chip lives in the South Land Park community.
