Professional Experience

While mainly working in the mid-Peninsula area, Marta has been serving clients from San Francisco to San Jose since 1987. Because of her experience in the real estate business, Marta knows how to use advertising exposure to bring serious bids to the bargaining table. The following business tactics are central to Marta’s business technique:

• Attention is given to insure proper pre-marketing preparation of client’s homes and maximizes sale price through strategic pricing.
• Special care is taken to not disturb seller’s privacy, pets, or property during the marketing process than is absolutely necessary.
• To better serve her clients, Martha’s husband of over 30 years, Randy, is now her business partner.

Personal Background;

• Previously worked as a Spanish to English translator and executive secretary.
• Her family is very important to her and she has raised four children.
• Active in her local church and volunteer in the San Mateo Project Read Program.
• Martha emigrated from Peru in 1966 and has lived in Belmont/Redwood Shores since 1970.
• Martha loves history and would love to visit every ancient site in the world if she could.
