BACKGROUND

|
Originally from the Boston area, I earned an Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering in 1964. I spent the next 11 years as a Naval Officer, Naval Aviator and Helicopter Pilot in the United States Navy. During that time, I graduated "Cum Laude" from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
In late 1976, my wife Barbara, and I relocated to La Costa in Carlsbad, California. My real estate career began there in early 1978. In 1989, our family moved to the nearby city of Vista, California, where we live and work today.
During my real estate career, I worked as a sales agent, a branch sales manager for several regional and national real estate firms, and as a mortgage lender.
