My husband and partner, Frank, and I, have made Real Estate our business. We come from excellent backgrounds to make this possible. I am a real estate professional. I began my career in 1998, and was designated "Rookie of the Year" that first year, and have steadily met higher plateaus, until reaching "International President's Elite" for 2004. I have been an active member, representing my office, on the President's Planning Council, for three years, as well as sitting on and chairing our Office Advisory Committee for three years. I developed a curriculum, and teach a mandatory sales training class. I am a great negotiator. Frank has been a Broker for 30 years, as well as a lender, and handles the paper work.

Frank & I came to North County San Diego, in 1976. We built our first home in the La Costa area of Carlsbad, and lived there for 14 years. I was a founding member of the La Costa Youth Organization, and began my years of public service while raising our three children. I ran the election that got the current Mayor, Bud Lewis, into office, and served as Chair of his "Kitchen Cabinet". I was a member of the Palomar Airport Comm., the Buena Vista Lagoon Fdn., Park & Rec. Comm., as well as serving on other Boards and Committees. In 1989, we moved to Vista, built our home, and saw our children mature, go to college, and be on their own. I was overwhelmingly elected to the Vista School Board, where I served for seven years, and oversaw many wonderful changes for over 26,000 students.
