With over a decade and a half of full time real estate experience, Bob Braun brings a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise to all areas of the real estate industry. In addition to working in the buying and selling disciplines of the job, Bob has owned and managed three California realty franchises, as well as mortgage, escrow and insurance companies.

Before joining Coldwell Banker Previews International in Newport Beach, worked for a large national real estate company, where he achieved many prestigious honors and awards. He was ranked in the top 1% of all agents, was “Number One Agent” in the Newport office in 2005 and 2006, and “Number Three Agent” in all of Orange County.

In addition to handling daily brokerage responsibilities, Bob currently manages the mentoring program for all new agents at the Previews Newport Center office. This helps keep him abreast of all the newest information in sales, contracts and legal issues affecting the real estate industry. Bob’s philosophy in real estate is simple: Give the clients the information they need, and guide them along the way with excellent service, support and understanding until they reach the right decision for themselves.

Bob is a life long resident of Southern California. He is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He and his family currently reside on the Balboa Peninsula.
