I cover most areas of The City with both listings and representing buyers and in all price ranges. I have achieved Coldwell Banker "International President's Elite" status, Coldwell Banker's highest agent designation for the past eight years. This places me within the top two percent of agents nation-wide in terms of volume. TRI/Coldwell Banker is the second highest producing CB office in the country, and has the highest per agent performance of any CB office. Coldwell Banker represents the buyer or seller in approximately 35% of the real estate sales in San Francisco.

Time is the most precious commodity for most people today. My job is to help people make informed real estate decisions based on current market information. Our market changes constantly and reacting to these changes is imperative to a successful real estate purchase or sale. For first time buyers, buying a piece of property is completely mysterious. Even for buyers and sellers who have made several purchases or sales the market is constantly changing. Making the process simple and transparent is extremely important.

I have lived in San Francisco since 1984. I moved here from Chicago and have also lived in Manhattan and the South. Active in a number of community organizations including The Commonwealth Club, St. Francis Yacht Club, St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Board President of Young Audiences of the Bay Area. I have been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker for ten years and prior to real estate was a Buyer for Macys, Bonwit Teller and The Emporium. I am a homeowner in San Francisco and have lived in Russian Hill, Nob Hill, Alamo Square, and currently in The Lower Haight/Duboce Park area. I have strong relationships with other agents and vendors. I have a full-time licensed assistant who has worked with me for a number of years.
