A Bay Area real estate veteran with two decades of experience, John Carman is the Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Northern California’s two successful Palo Alto offices – incorporating a team of more than 100 professional Realtors®.

Prior to entering real estate management John worked for 12 years as a highly successful Sales Associate specializing in the mid-Peninsula communities of Atherton and Palo Alto.   As a top producing Sales Associate, John was named Top 1% in sales volume for 12 consecutive years.

John studied business at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and was honored on the Dean’s List for an exceptional grade point average.

In his spare time John enjoys volunteering as a friend and mentor for “Future for Children,” a nonprofit education advocacy organization on the Navajo/Hopi reservations in New Mexico and Arizona.   He was also a peer counselor while attending college.
