SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – May 31, 2012 – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading real estate service company in the Bay Area, announced today that veteran San Francisco Realtor Doug Devine has been named manager of the company’s Market Street office. In his new position, Devine will oversee nearly 50 of San Francisco’s top real estate professionals.
Devine has been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for the past nine years as a sales associate in its San Francisco Lakeside and Market Street offices. A top agent with the company, he has received numerous national and regional awards recognizing his sales achievements, including the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite, Circle, Diamond and Sterling awards.
He has been honored among the company’s top 3% and 4% of agents internationally, as well as among the top 100 agents within Northern California.

Devine began his sales and management career with AT&T, where he worked for more than 12 years. He served as both a branch operations manager and sales manager for the company in San Jose before acting as director of sales for Xtelesis Corporation in Burlingame.
Devine earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, N.J.
