In his new position, Dusseau will specialize in residential and vacant land sales in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Gold River, Cameron Park, Fair Oaks and the greater Sacramento area.
Dusseau returns to Northern California where he resided for 18 years and joins the El Dorado Hills office of Coldwell Banker. For the past 10 years he was with Coldwell Banker in Redmond, Wash. He was named Agent of the Year for 2009, 2010 and 2011 and was a 25-time Agent of the Month.
He is an Affinity Partner and USAA certified while earning the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified National Relocation Specialist (CNRS), Cartus Network Inventory Specialist (CNIS) and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designations.

Prior to real estate, Dusseau worked in the marketing division of Ford Motor Company and held management positions in Detroit and the San Francisco Bay Area.
He also served as regional manager in Northern California with New York-based Thomson Financial. Dusseau earned bachelor’s degrees in marketing and economics from Central Michigan University.
Beyond real estate, Dusseau is a member of the Folsom Kiwanis International service organization and is a prior Kiwanian of the Month. He and his wife, Diane, have two children; Julia, a successful marketing representative for Philadelphia Insurance Company in Seattle, and John, who will soon graduate with a four year degree in video game design from DigiPen Institute of Technology in Seattle.
