In her new position, Young will specialize in residential sales in the East Bay.
Young, a 40-year resident of the Lamorinda area, has extensive knowledge of local schools and neighborhoods, as well as a familiarity with the entire East Bay region.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, she served as director of a Lafayette preschool where she managed staff, created budgets, administered payroll, and executed marketing plans. She developed a strong business acumen, which combined with her great people skills to create an invaluable tool for assisting clients in buying and selling real estate.

Young lives in Orinda with her husband, two children and dog. Her two children are students in the Orinda elementary and middle schools, where she has served on the Parents Club boards for the last seven years in roles such as co-president, vice president of services, parliamentarian, and in other volunteer positions. She is also a member of the Orinda Park Pool executive board.
