Jamie Duran is the Regional Vice President for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Los Angeles for the Northwest Region. Serving the areas and fifteen offices including Santa Barbara, Ventura County,San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley Downtown LA and Los Feliz, Duran is a true “in-the-field” leader who works closely with clients, over 1,000 agents and Coldwell Banker executive leadership. 

Duran’s 25 years of real estate experience, combined with her enthusiasm and knowledge of the robust regional market she serves has led to impressive professional success for both her agents and their clients. Prior to her role as Regional Vice President, Duran served as District Manager for Coldwell Banker Greater Los Angeles and Branch Manager of the company’s Studio City office. In this role,she managed a sales staff of over 130 sales professionals,elevating the office to the top 20% of 1,200 offices nationwide in overall performance for nearly nine years. In 2005, Duran was recognized with the Manager of the Year award. She also received the Manager’stop honor of President’s Award in 2005 and in 2009.  

Bachelor of Science in real estate and finance, as well as certifications in both real estate appraisal and real estate law, Duran helps guide her agents and their clients through any obstacles that may arise during the buying or selling process. She is a licensed broker, with first-hand, on-the-ground sales experience. As a proud member of the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles Associations of Realtors. What began as a professional career in 1989 has evolved into one of the most poignant examples of Coldwell Banker’s strong regional leadership.
