Rick Jenkins, Vice President of Coldwell Banker Previews International Orange County and Desert Regions, focuses on providing a supportive professional environment designed to stimulate business opportunities and maximize agent potential for career success and income growth.

With over 32 years experience in coastal real estate, Rick understands and addresses the needs of today’s real estate professional. Elected President of the Laguna Board of Realtors® in 1997 and 2000, he was also honored 1997 Realtor® of the Year by his colleagues, and served on a variety of board committees, including budget and finance, multiple listing service, and professional standards committee. He has also served as a statewide Dispute Mediation Officer and is a past Director of the California Association of Realtors® (CAR). In addition, he was a member of the California State Assemble Real Estate Advisory Board. Rick now serves on the Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation and as a director on other charitable boards. 

An active member of the Laguna Beach community, Rick is involved in various non-profit organizations, including Laguna Beach Housing Commission and the Laguna Beach Community Clinic. 

Rick graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. A resident of Laguna Beach, his leisure interests include horse-riding, skiing and golf.
