Laguna Beach resident Cynthia Fleming brings to her real estate business a unique & powerfully effective combination of communications skills, technology know-how and industry expertise. Understanding of the local market, current inventory and property values and a strong social web presence on sites such as ActiveRain, Localism, Trulia and LinkedIn keeps Cynthia in the forefront.  Cynthia currently resides in Laguna with her husband Vinnie, daughter Michaela and seven year-old Golden Retriever Max.  Michaela graduated from Laguna Beach High School and is currently in her Freshman year at UC Irvine.  Her son Todd is currently serving his country as a member of the US Navy, formerly on the USS Iwo Jima, is now stationed on San Clemente Island doing Air Traffic Control.
