"To be the premier provider of San Francisco real estate services, by exceeding the expectations, and fulfilling the dreams of those individuals who entrust their confidence me."
Education and Training
Coldwell Banker Broker Associate 2009 -
Joining Coldwell Banker was not originally in my business plan, however, I discovered it complimented my native abilities in many areas, and raised the level of professionalism to the next level. My expertise in San Francisco has been rewarded and I enjoy the benefits of working in the Marina District office. My focus here has been primarily residential in nature, selling condos & homes, and working with the Coldwell Banker Relocation department. My knowledge of the many sub-districts, individual properties, and hundreds of rentals behind me, has kept me in high demand. Despite this, I treat each client individually.
Craig Stuart Adams Real Estate Principle/Broker 2005 - 2009
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, I had the privilege of operating under my own license for several years. I focused on developing my residential leasing contacts in San Francisco & Marin, developed a property management portfolio, and offered leasing and consulting services.
Education (Real Estate)
My California State Brokers License is current and is presently held under the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate umbrella. I place a high emphasis on personal development, professional education, and I consult with many professionals within our industry each year in addition to attending required broker courses.
University of Colorado, Boulder
My undergraduate degree is from the University of Colorado, Boulder where I studied Literature. Prior studies were at Metropolitan State College in Denver with an emphasis in chemistry.

My business continues to support various causes, many through the Coldwell Banker network; however, my favorite organization is Camp Okizu near Sacramento. This private camp offers their services to children and their families all over the state who have been directly or indirectly affected by childhood cancer. Many of those attending would not be able to go without the contributions of others, either in terms of finance, or more importantly… time. Please ask me for additional information or visit: www.okizu.org
A long time resident of San Francisco & Marin; I currently live across the Golden Gate Bridge in San Rafael, with my wife of 15 years and 12 year old daughter. In my free time I enjoy travel, linguistics, photography, and enjoying epicurean adventures with my “foodie” friends.
