Joyce Beckman has been an active real estate broker primarily along the San Mateo County coastside since 1977.
Joyce holds a BS and an MS degree in biology from Wayne State University in Michigan and had an earlier career in medical research.
I believe honesty and integrity are first priorities in all personal interactions. I try hard to give my clients as much information as I can. My goal is to give them the highest level of service. Referrals and repeat clients are the foundation of my business. "I treat my clients the way I would like to be treated," explains Joyce. "I want them to trust me and appreciate my gentle approach to selling," she added.
Joyce is a member of the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate. Joyce was awarded the Coldwell Banker designation of Previews Properties Specialist in 1998, and has earned an International Diamond Society Award. Experience and knowledge combine to make Joyce one of the coasts's highest achieving agents. She has received numberous accolades for her production, including having been made a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club & has received several San Mateo County Association of REALTORS Circle of Excellence awards.
Joyce has lived in the Half Moon Bay area since 1975 & is married to local marine electrician, Dave Beckman. They currently live in El Granada & continue with a weekly home Bible study. They are very involved with nephews Jesse and Matt, and niece Niki. Joyce who has logged over 20 years as a Sunday school teacher & regular volunteer at El Granada Elementary school, now regularly supports Senior Coastsiders, Habitat for Humanity, & the Coastal Repertory Theater.
