After twenty years in Broadcast Television Sales Management, Edward began his real estate career eight years ago with Coldwell Banker's #1 office in the world. Prior to that he was most recently VP Director of Sales for KTTV/FOX Television and FOX SPORTS WEST, which made him the first person in the nation to manage a broadcast television duopoly after the FCC changed the station ownership rules. In his last few years at FOX, he managed a staff of sixty that generated hundreds of millions of dollars of advertising revenue annually, half of which was pure profit to the bottom line. Complex negotiations are second nature, allowing him to advocate for you during the transaction process like no other.
Edward’s career and reputation has always been characterized by immense success, honesty, integrity, and intense, assertive negotiations. He understands what service is all about; he knows how to negotiate to win. His tenacity and vision have already parlayed into a very respectable career in real estate. While many agents work a specific neighborhood, most clients discover him through referrals allowing him to keep an intimate client list specialing on the Westside from the Hills to Malibu.
Edward has lived (and jogged) on the Westside of Los Angeles for the last thirty years. He is also a founding member of the “Edgemar Center for the Arts” in Santa Monica.
Los Angeles has been his home for the last thirty years, but he grew up in suburbs of Philadelphia and New York. Edward is a graduate of ASU where he received his degree in Broadcasting and Theatre.
Edward is involved in home sales all over the Los Angeles area, but his main area of influence is Hollywood Hills down to the Marina, including West Hollywood, Miracle mile, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Brentwood, and Santa Monica.
