Alex Brunkhorst is a graduate of Georgetown University, where she majored in Economics and graduated Cum Laude.
Before she began in real estate, Alex worked in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy, and she helped structure billions of dollars of deals. Alex relocated to Los Angeles in 1998, and began successful careers in entertainment and technology where she started her career in client-focused businesses.
In her six years in real estate, Alex has sold in excess of $100 million of property and is consistently one of Coldwell Banker’s top producers. Alex focuses on works with a small number of clients at a time in order to give each a stellar level of service; due to this level of attention, she has developed exceptionally long-standing and loyal client relationships.
Some of Alex’s most recent career highlights include representing a European businessman in purchasing a $16.5 million mansion in Beverly Hills, and working with a Los Angeles client to sell his modern home near Beverly Hills for $6.2 million, a record per square foot price at the time for a modern in BHPO. Alex recently sold two ocean view properties in Pacific Palisades for $2300 and $1600 per square foot. Alex also achieved the highest price per square foot in one of Santa Monica’s premier condo buildings. Alex represented the seller, a United States billionaire.
Alex offers her clients the highest level of service possible. Her clients include television and film executives, actors, directors, writers, CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, and other high-net-worth individuals from around the world. She offers each the same level of exceptional service.
In addition to her work, Alex enjoys tennis, skiing, travel, architecture, music, movies, and fashion. She is a published novelist and enjoys writing. Alex has been involved with Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, The Library Foundation, Museum of Contemporary Art, LACMA, and Virginia Robinson Gardens, among others.
