I also have a strong background working in the high tech industry in Sale and Material Management.

Listing - Extensive marketing, preparation of the property to create the most desirable product to buyers which in turn will result in the most money for the sellers.
Buyers - Establish individual needs, qualify Buyers so they are a strong candidate when offering on a home, negotiate and navigate successfully through all stages of escrow
