Professional Experience

Ray works full time with his wife and partner, Lisa Blagof. Ray has 27 years in the real estate industry. Since joining Coldwell Banker in early 2000, Ray has achieved numerous local, regional and worldwide production awards. Of the approximate 75,000 to 90,000 Coldwell Banker Realtors worldwide, every year Ray has been in the top 12% and in 2001 the top 5% for sales production.
Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 1977, Ray has the following experience: Loan Officer, Title Company Representative, New Homes Sales Manager, Asset Manager for Bank of America, Foreclosure (REO) Sales Specialist and New Homes Sales Associate for Kaufman & Broad and Shapell Industries of Northern California. Prior to 1977, Ray was a tennis professional in Southern California.

Personal Background

Ray and Lisa offer additional service to their community through their backgrounds in tennis. Ray and Lisa volunteered as Tournament Directors in 2003 and now 2004 for the Gilroy Garlic Tournament in July. This is the largest single tennis event in Gilroy, bringing substantial support to local businesses. Funds from this event and many others throughout the year help support programs and improvements to local school and community tennis facilities. Ray was a teaching and playing professional for ten years in Southern California and more recently ranked 6th in Northern California by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) for his age grouping in the year 2002 and Northern California State Champion for the year 2000.
