Morgan is a highly experienced, knowledgeable, and hard working broker proud to be affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. His motto is "I sell the Desert Lifestyle." He specializes in high-end resort and country club properties. Morgan also concentrates on land, farms and commercial properties. Morgan is a member of the Desert Area Multiple Listing Service, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
Morgan has been active in real estate since 1977 & a broker since 1979. He has a masters degree in business administration (MBA) from USC and is active in community affairs. Previous to real estate he was involved in operation & management of large family farming business. Specialties: high end residential, land, and farms.
