A marathon runner, Karen always believes in going the distance for her clients. A long time resident of Ventura County, Karen is thoroughly familiar with Thousand Oaks and all the other lovely cities in this coastal and mountain plain area. Karen has been able to help many families find the perfect home for their needs.
Karen has received numerous awards from Coldwell Banker for her work. She holds a CN, Certified Negotiator certificate. Karen believes in meeting all the needs of her clients and she works with a team of professionals who can assist homeowners in getting their house ready to sell for the highest possible price.
Karen is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Conejo Valley Simi Moorpark Board of Realtors, Association of Realtors, San Fernando Board of Realtors, SoCal Multiple Listing Service, and the Westlake-Thousand Oaks Chamber of Commerce.
Real estate has always been a keen interest. Karen has been managing rental properties for over thirty five years, both in Southern California and in the Seattle area. This experience has given her insight into both the proper valuation of a residence and how individuals can profit by using real estate as their primary investment vehicle, in addition to owning their own home.

A Graduate of Central University with a Business Major Karen was naturally drawn to the Real Estate industry. Coming from a family of realtors, she has been active in the profession, in one way or another, all of her life.
Karen was employed for many years by Trans World Airlines (TWA) and she worked as an international flight attendant, based in Los Angeles and New York City. In addition, she also worked as a licensed travel agent, giving her a thorough understanding of all aspects of the travel business. Her husband’s career as an attorney for a major international corporation gave her the opportunity to live all over the United States and for many years in the Middle East.
Karen has always been active in her local communities, and is especially interested in helping people who have not lived in the United States understand and deal successfully with American culture. While living overseas, she volunteered to handle all the publicity and travel arrangements for delegates to the Middle East North Africa Conference held in Doha, Qatar. In addition, Karen handled the public relations for the Mobil Open Tennis Tournament held in Doha for several years.
