My commitment to you as a Realtor runs deep. I take my responsibilities seriously as it is my job to help my Clients maximize their dollars while reducing risk. What I bring to a transaction is objectivity, honesty, integrity and fairness. More importantly, I will always arm you with information so your final decision will be educated and confident. At the end of the day, my reward is a happy Client.
Besides my commitment to the field, I have the advantage of being a Mandarin speaking, San Francisco native who grew up with Real Estate professionals (both parents are Realtors). More important to my Clients is my experience in marketing/advertising as I assist them in determining a fair market price, identifying buyers or a location, valuating offers and negotiating contracts.
