We begin the process of preparing the property for sale or identifying properties for purchase. I listen to and consider all the wants and needs of my clients throughout the sale or purchase process. After completion, I stay in contact to insure their satisfaction and prepare for the next phase of the journey.

For the past 15 years, my husband Richard and I have worked together and separately, representing buyers and sellers throughout the greater Los Angeles area and the state of California, as well as the vast intercontinental Coldwell Banker referral network. Transactions have included Wilshire Corridor properties, Malibu beach houses, Beverly Hills apartment buildings, single family homes and condominiums, and unique properties by renowned architects, Gerard Colcord and Rafael Soriano.
